Welcome to the Student Club of Biomedical Engineering at
Tampere University of Technology.
Pollex
is an organisation that offers its members activities,
which include trips to companies (excursions) and sauna evenings.
Pollex also offers useful things such as exam archieve.
Part of the library of the department has been moved to the club
room of Pollex and is together with some biomedical
engineering journals accessible to the members of Pollex. Our Club
room is located at Electrical Building the room SH300.
We encourage biomedical engineering students to join and take part in our
happenings. You can join at the happenings or you can contact the
board by email.
Pollex is managed by the Board.
